Regina and area March 2020 Market Update

In March 2020, the real estate market wasn't doom and gloom like we would have expected given the current events going on in the world. What the numbers tell me is that March must have started strong, because we know that the last half of March slowed down due to the measures being taken to combat COVID-19.

The average price for sales in March 2020 was $310,250. The year to date average sale price is $301,499
