January 2019 Market Update

Posted: Tuesday February 12, 2019

The Regina real estate market got off to a decent start in January. We saw a slight increase in sales compared to January last year, however housing prices are down while the amount of listings are up. The market continues to feel the effects of housing policies implemented by the governments and the current economic down turn. The low prices make buying a home very attractive for buyers currently in the market.  Selling in a home in this market requires accurate pricing, and expert marketing.
